The Washington County Florida Council On Aging is a non-profit organization that promotes and provides a variety of activities, entertainment, and special educational workshops especially planned for seniors of all ages and activity ranges. Our staff and many volunteers emphasize positive aging for seniors in our community to help deter premature in-home or nursing care.

Services
The WCCOA offers a wide range of services available for the various needs of the senior community. AARP Tax Aide, Housekeeping, Errands, Personal Care, Case Management, Home Based Respite and many more services.
Programs
Staff and volunteers prepare nutritious hot lunches Monday thru Friday for our senior congregate lunch program. In addition, the WCCOA offers Meals on Wheels and specially prepared holiday dinners for community seniors.
Wellness
We work closely with the Washington County Health Department and other agencies to offer various low cost or no-cost health programs. The WCCOA also plans a variety of senior activities such as arts, crafts and dancing.
