The Washington County Florida Council On Aging is made possible through private donations by individuals & corporations, public grants and other non profit organizations with similar missions. The Washington County Florida Council On Aging is classified as a 501(c)(3) Charitable organization. In addition, tax-deductable donations and volunteering time to the WCCOA is a great way to help out Washington County Residents.

Volunteer Your Time or Services

There are volunteer opportunities for a wide range of tasks available. Meals On Wheels volunteer duties range from packing the meals at the site to delivering the meals to clients. Meals On Wheels drivers commit to about 1 to 1 ½ hours per week to deliver meals to homebound clients. This opportunity is also available to local companies through our Adopt-A-Route program. There are numerous other volunteer positions available. Please contact us for further information.
